To receive notifications for a specific shipment, you can enable alerts through our tracking page. We offer the option to receive these alerts via text or email — whichever is most convenient for you. To sign up, simply track your shipment and then enter your email, or click more options for text notifications.
Shipment details are updated at various points in package’s journey between pickup and delivery. The frequency of scans may vary and it is not unusual for a shipment that’s on its way to go more than 24 hours without an update, especially during periods of long travel.
Visit the TuxLogistics Billing Centre to select the right tool to view, manage and pay your charges, including transportation, duties, taxes and other related fees. For more invoice or payment related enquiries, contact support.
If you missed your delivery, TuxLogistics may make additional attempts to deliver your package, or for residential addresses, it may be redirected to a nearby TuxLogistics or TuxLogistics OnSite location for customer pickup.
TuxLogistics will hold your package for up to 5 business days for TuxLogistics Ground or FedEx Express before it is returned to the shipper.
